Raspberry Amaretto

A great family and party favourite from Brenda Thrush

Serves: Depends how greedy you are!

• 350g/12oz Raspberries
• 2 tablespoons Amaretto Liqueur
• 1/2 tin Condensed Milk
• 150ml/1/4 pint Fat Free Greek Yoghurt (or raspberry)
• 200ml/1/2 pint Fromage Frais
• 4oz Amaretti Biscuits

Put all ingredients into your food processor or a largish bowl and mix, tasting for flavour and adding extra as necessary. Use a few crumbled biscuits for decoration. Serve chilled.
